Generally, the 1031 investment programs that we advocate for our clients have these seven features:
- Assumes daily burden of property management (HASSLE-FREE for our clients);
- Sponsored by national companies with long-term track records;
- Defers or potentially eliminates income taxes;
- Owned primarily as DST (Delaware Statutory Trusts) for ease & asset protection;
- Seeks to pay a systematic monthly distribution stream (which are net rents to investor clients);
- Net rent distributions, if paid, are DIRECT DEPOSITED MONTHLY into client’s assigned bank account; and,
- Beneficiary designations allow for simple asset transfer to heirs for estate planning.
